Our Story
Myolla Case Management was founded by a team of technology experts who have worked extensively with organisations across all sectors. We saw firsthand how these vital institutions were struggling with outdated systems, manual processes, and disconnected tools that made their important work harder than it needed to be.
We set out to create a dedicated case management platform built around real operational needs, capable of adapting to different structures, processes, and ways of working without forcing organisations to compromise.
At the same time, we recognised a broader challenge in the market. Too often, organisations are encouraged to adopt large, general-purpose platforms that require significant customisation and carry large ongoing licensing and support costs. Myolla Case Management was designed to offer enterprise-level capability and security in a platform purpose-built for case management, without the overheads or complexity that can come with more generic solutions.
